JOIN US FOR AN EDUCATIONAL HERB WALK, GIVEN BY CO-OWNER AND HERBALIST STEPHEN HOTCHKISS.
WE ARE HOSTING PRIVATE HERB WALKS FOR A FIXED PRICE OF UP TO 8 PEOPLE. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO GATHER A GROUP OF FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO MIGHT ENJOY A RELAXING AFTERNOON OUTSIDE EXPLORING THE COUNTRY SIDE.
WE WILL EXPLORE VARIOUS CAROLINIAN ECOSYSTEMS AND IDENTIFY AND DISCUSS A VARIETY OF MEDICINAL, EDIBLE, AND OTHERWISE NOTABLE PLANTS AND FUNGI BOTH GROWING IN THE WILD IN FORESTS AND MEADOWS, AND ALSO WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF CULTIVATED PLANTS IN A FARM SCALE PERMACULTURE SETTING.
THE HERB WALK WILL TAKE PLACE AT OUR HERB FARM, LOCATED NEAR PORT BURWELL, ONTARIO. ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED UPON PURCHASE VIA EMAIL.

Herb walks take place between the months of April & September, to book your desired date please write us an email with your preferred date and we will follow up to confirm your booking.
2pm - 4pm (can be adjusted if required)
Price: $150 for up to 8 people
*This is a fixed price offering for a private group of up to 8 people. Please contact us if your group is larger than 8 people.
We welcome you to join us after the walk inside our tea factory, where we will have our products and more available for purchase.
WHAT TO BRING?
*Walking or hiking shoes, water bottle, hat, sun or rain protection, camera, herb basket or satchel, scissors or knife for harvesting, journal, binoculars for bird watching.
