Wild Leeks are a precious native plant sought after for their unique wild flavour. They appear in early spring and cover the forest floor with ephemeral beauty. To ensure sustainability, we harvest only a single leaf from each plant from less then .01% of our total population each year.
We have blended pink Himalayan salt with sustainably wild-foraged wild leeks (ramps) from the forests at our farm, to bring you this limited edition finishing salt.
