Reishi is a polypore mushroom that grows on hardwood species in temperate regions of the world.

Reishi (also known as the Mushroom of Immortality) has played an important role in the traditional Chinese medicine for millennia. It is thought to contain hundreds of bioactive compounds that may help balance the immune system, and to have anti-inflammatory, anti-tumour, sleep-promoting, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-diabetic, anti-oxidative, anti-ageing and anti-ulcer qualities.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark place in an airtight container. Refrigeration not required.
