JOIN US FOR A CONTEMPLATIVE, IMMERSIVE AND RESTORATIVE DAY RETREAT.
LED BY HERBALIST AND LAUDATO SI' ANIMATOR, STEPHEN HOTCHKISS, IN REVERENCE AND SOLEMNITY, WE WILL WALK A WINDING PATH THROUGH WILD LANDSCAPES - TALL GRASS PRAIRIE, WETLANDS, FOREST. A SELECTION OF HERBS WILL BE COLLECTED AS WE PASS.
WITH A QUIET MIND, AND SURROUNDED BY THE WONDER AND GLORY OF CREATION, THE VOICE OF GOD MAY BE AMPLIFIED.
WE WILL FIND A SECLUDED PLACE AND MAKE TEA WITH THE HERBS COLLECTED AND SIT IN RESTFUL PRAYER AND CONTEMPLATION.
A LIGHT LUNCH OF HEALING FOOD, INSPIRED BY ST. HILDEGARD, WILL BE SERVED AS WE SIT IN THE WARMTH OF THE SUMMER SUN AND RECITE POETRY AND PSALMS, PICK FLOWERS AND FRUITS, SHARE REFLECTIONS & INSIGHTS, AND RECHARGE OUR BODY, MIND AND SOUL.
THE RETREAT WILL TAKE PLACE AT OUR HERB FARM, LOCATED NEAR PORT BURWELL, ONTARIO. ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED UPON PURCHASE VIA EMAIL.

Price: $300 for up to 6 people. $25 per additional person due at time of arrival.
We welcome you to join us after the retreat inside our tea factory and gift shop, where we will have our products and more available for purchase.
WHAT TO BRING?
Walking or hiking shoes, a rosary, water bottle, hat, sun or rain protection, snacks, journal, binoculars for bird watching.

*General tickets are non-refundable or transferable. In the case of rain arrangements will be made for a rescheduled date or refund.
