A calming tea made with chamomile, echinacea, elderberries, cloves, and cinnamon.
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla and Chamaemelum nobile ) is a gentle herb which has been used by cultures all over the world dating back to ancient Egypt where the plant was used to treat fevers, as a mild sedative, and also as an offering to the Sun God. The root of the word “chamomile” is derived from the Greek word chamaimēlon which means “Earth Apple.”
With a touch of honey and your preferred milk, transform this tea into a delicious latte, reminiscent of a warm apple pie!
