Deep, mellow, and wonderfully grounding, Amber GABA Tea is a unique Taiwanese oolong celebrated for its naturally calming properties and rich, toasty flavor. GABA stands for Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid, a neurotransmitter known to promote relaxation and reduce stress. During a special oxygen-deprived fermentation process, the tea leaves are exposed to nitrogen-rich environments, naturally boosting their GABA content without any additives.
This amber-roasted version features a deeper oxidation and medium roast, giving it a warm, honeyed character with notes of toasted grain, dried fruit, caramel, and roasted nuts. The body is full and smooth, with a calming energy that’s perfect for unwinding the mind while keeping the senses clear.
