JIN SHUAN MILK OOLONG
Milk Oolong – Jin Xuan (Jin Shuan)
Creamy • Floral • Naturally Sweet
Milk Oolong, often referred to by its cultivar name Jin Xuan (sometimes transliterated as “Jin Shan”), is a lightly oxidized Taiwanese oolong tea prized for its naturally creamy texture and buttery mouthfeel. Contrary to popular myth, the authentic version contains no added dairy or flavoring—its signature milky taste comes entirely from the Jin Xuan cultivar, a tea varietal developed in Taiwan in the 1980s.
Grown in high mountain regions with cool mists and mineral-rich soil, Milk Oolong Jin Xuan offers a velvety infusion with delicate floral notes, a hint of sweet cream, and a smooth, lingering finish. Each steep reveals a gentle transformation, from lush green orchid notes to a silky sweetness that coats the palate.
